2025 SnowEx® HDV™ V-Plow 8.6 HDV

The HDV heavy-duty V-plows are built like nothing else on the market. Available in either durable powder-coated mild steel or rust-resistant stainless steel – and with either 8’6" or 9’6" blade widths – the plows boast 16-gauge flared moldboards that are reinforced by two robust angled power ribs. Double-acting angle cylinders, trip-edge protection, adjustable center cutting edges and responsive direct lift round out the many advantages of these feature-packed V-plows.

Features may include:

• Tall flared wings throw snow higher and farther to deliver exceptional snow clearing results.

• Durable double-acting angle cylinders push and pull the wings forward and back under the heaviest snow loads. They also can hold the wings firmly in place for optimum back dragging performance.

• An integrated snow catcher between the wings help keep snow from spilling over the top of the plow.

• Gap can be adjusted to help prevent snow from slipping between pivot edges.

• Center pin is robust, yet positioned to make the plow completely flat when in straight blade mode, enhancing snow rolling performance.

• Hydraulic components are protected with a durable poly cover that is easy to remove for quick maintenance access.

• Because the blade is stable in the V position for either attaching or detaching, no stand is needed.

• Receivers simplify attachment and are removable when not in use.

• Independent trip edge protects the plow, truck and operator when encountering obstacles, and functions in any position (scoop, V, angle or straight). Because only the edge trips, snow loads are never lost.

• Longevity is a hallmark of SnowEx equipment. Our POWERCOAT high-performance, multi-stage powder coat system features a tough epoxy primer that delivers added protection and improved coating adhesion to guard against weathering and corrosion. Additionally, each plow includes a robust steel cutting edge to protect the blade at the point of contact for longer wear and enhanced scraping action.

• SnowEx® plows aren’t just built to take on snow, but to utterly defeat the most demanding snow removal conditions you’ll ever encounter. Engineered for strength, the plow is designed to take a beating without beating up your truck. The plows also feature six to eight solid welded reinforcement ribs for maximum durability and robotically welded headgear helps ensure quality and consistency on every plow.

• Designed for easy installation onto a wide range of tractor models, these mount kits make it possible for the HDV v-plows to fit on a compact tractor. They are flared both vertically and horizontally to ensure proper alignment and make the drive-in connection easier. The push beam, which makes up the front portion of the mount, can be quickly detached to allow for a loader attachment.

• Available in both LED and Dual Halogen models, STORM SEEKER™ plow headlights are engineered and tested for maximum light output, performance and durability to keep you ahead of the storm.

• The Automatixx attachment system provides fast and easy snowplow hook-up that can all be handled from one side of the truck.
